BRIAA
Healing and Renewal. An identity built around renewal, wellbeing and a connection to the surrounding nature.
How do you create a visual identity for a place designed for renewal
The brand book describes BRIAA through creation and renewal, health and personal wellbeing, a connection to nature, calm, balance, simplicity and elegance.
It also sets out a balance the identity has to hold: luxury alongside simplicity, modernity alongside local heritage, comfort alongside the natural surroundings.
The name became the conceptual starting point for the identity.
BRIAA carries a double meaning: creation and renewal on one side, health on the other. Everything that follows is drawn from that pair: the mark, the palette, the flowing line.
The wordmark is a modern but soft ligature based treatment. The brand book describes the graphic element inside the second A as evoking a wave, a bridge or a leaf: the natural surroundings, movement, connection and renewal.
Not separate logos. One mark with documented room to move: the primary lockup with the Healing and Renewal line, a secondary without it, shown here on its construction grid, a monochrome cut for dark grounds and print, and a horizontal arrangement.
Earth tones and vegetation, set against warm cream. The book reads terracotta as stability and warmth, cream as softness and space, olive as growth and balance.
Main headings, secondary headings, body text and general applications.
Secondary headlines, quotes, personal details and expressive content.
The flowing line carries the brand past the logo.
Local leaves and plants, stone and woven material, soft arches, circles and ellipses. Photography stays natural: soft light, people in relaxed movement.
The spa treatment menu is where the system stops being a book and starts doing work.
Restrained typography, warm neutrals, imagery, a clear hierarchy and service categorisation. Around it, the same language runs through the brand book, a menu board and the website on phone.
From identity to experience.
Logo, typography, colour, graphic element, photography, print and guest communication all speaking one language. The value of the work is not the mark. It is the system that carries the brand across every touchpoint.
